Meet the crew

The shop has personalities.

Fleet Street was built around more than chair turnover. The people—and one very committed customer-relations specialist—are part of why the place feels like Fleet Street.

Peter Fletcher of Fleet Street Barber Company

Barber / Owner

Peter Fletcher

Originally from Milford Station, Nova Scotia, Peter has called Trenton home since 2008. He trained in hairstyling at St. Lawrence College, discovered a passion for barbering culture and opened Fleet Street on January 28, 2020.

Sean Doyle of Fleet Street Barber Company

Barber

Sean “Pappa D” Doyle

A lifelong Trenton resident, Sean is also part of the local music scene as a drummer and recording engineer. He studied hairstyling at Donaldson By Design before working in Trenton and Cobourg and joining the Fleet Street crew.

Logan Dillon of Fleet Street Barber Company

Barber

Logan Dillon

Logan came to Fleet Street in spring 2022 to learn the craft. He started as an apprentice, developed into a barber and brings the offbeat humour the shop is happy to have around.

Customer relations

Batman takes hospitality seriously.

Originally hired for security, Batman proved much better suited to greeting people, making friends and supervising the occasional tennis ball. Fleet Street lists him, appropriately, as Customer Relations.

Peter's idea

A traditional shop as a community hub.

Peter's goal was never just a haircut factory. He wanted a place where people could get cleaned up, relax, listen to music and get to know the people around them. That neighbourhood-room idea is still the clearest way to understand Fleet Street.
